*DISCLOSURE: Basic to Boujee products are upcycled products made from legally purchased previously owned Louis Vuitton items. We do not sell new Louis Vuitton products. We are NOT affiliated with Louis Vuitton or any entity. Our products are not endorsed by Louis Vuitton and do not fall under the warranty by Louis Vuitton. The purchaser of Basic to Boujee’s products understands and acknowledges that the product purchased from us is not a Louis Vuitton product. The condition of our items are upcycled product and do not reflect the condition of the Louis Vuitton product it was originally sold.
Basic to Boujee offers exchange only for store credit. Unfortunately, due to the nature of all products being handmade and one of a kind, we cannot offer refunds. If your item is defective, please email returns@basic2boujee.com. Item must be in unused condition with tags attached. We will need a photo of the defective item. We will not consider returns after 15 days of receipt of your item.
